You will expect a rapid, efficient response from well-trained and competent engineers. We offer a range of Service and Maintenance Agreement Options and can look after the most complex of CCTV systems. Service and Maintenance Options There are 3 Service Plans available to you, Bronze, Silver & Gold. Select the plan most suitable for your needs and DVI systems engineers will ensure that your systems are maintained in good working order. Maintenance Agreements ![]() Bronze Maintenance Contract: By visiting your site annually, we sort out all faults and issues, re-focus, clean and notify you of any repairs, calibrate monitors, test and update recording settings, train your staff, supply adequate CCTV Signage and enable you to meet all legal requirements of the data protection act. This includes a free direct help line. Straight to an engineer Additional Call-Out´s and faulty parts are charged separately ![]() Silver Maintenance Contract: As above, but additionally all eventual Call-Out´s and labour for repairs are inclusive. You are only liable for cost of faulty parts, which we will supply at a discounted rate. ![]() Gold Maintenance Contract: As above, but additionally mechanical breakdown of CCTV Equipment is covered. Not satisfied with your current service provider? If you´re not happy with the maintenance response offered by your current service provider - then why not change Give us the opportunity to demonstrate the reliability and value for money offered by a professional security company. Please note - Non of the maintenance agreements cover replacements through acts of vandalism or accidental damage. The Data Protection Act 1998 requires of CCTV Systems installed
on Public and Commercial Premises, that; "Cameras should be properly maintained and serviced to ensure that clear images are recorded" (Third & Fourth Data Protection Principles). The changes in data protection legislation, which came into force on 1st March 2000, mean that for the first time legally enforceable standards apply to the collection and processing of images relating to individuals. Most CCTV systems are now required to be registered with the Data Protection Commissioner (now called the Information Commissioner). Blanksystems CCTV is fully versed with all aspects of the Data Protection Act and are happy to provide a survey, to ensure that all aspects of your CCTV System are compliant. All Citizens have the right to be informed/shown any kind of data being kept on file or electronically. When you enter a maintenance agreement with us, we make sure that all legal requirements are being satisfied at all times |
